英文的verb動詞是句子的靈魂，動詞好，英文就準；動詞片語好，英文就活！
例如「說服」，我們不要只會說 Persuade ，可以說 Talk into ，是「說服某人去做某事」。例如 He talked me into changing my job.是「他說服了我換工作」。
它的相反詞是 Talk out of，是「說服某人不去做某事」。
例如 See if you can talk out of it是「看看你能不能說服他不去做那件事」，Once he has set his mind on a course of action he is not to be talked out of it. 是「一旦他決定他的行動方針，就沒有人能說服他了。」。
